Trying to get back on the “clean eating” train.
I’ve been taking too many shortcuts lately with my food/eating what’s quick + easy instead of taking the bit of extra time to plan/prep my food and I’ve been feeling like crap because of it. I’ve been losing weight (not a lot but still), but I feel like it’s not in the right way if that makes sense ?
Seriously today I’ve just eaten clean, natural food and I already feel a million times better because I’m not putting chemicals and garbage into my body. I know it’s about weight loss for me right now, but it’s also about feeling as healthy as possible.
I have points left so eating some froyo while I watch the oscars.

My phone is broken (!!!) so I won’t be posting much until it’s fixed.
But good day yesterday, lost weight so yay! Went out with my friends last night though and had mcdonalds which was the worst after, not worth it.
But I went for a swim this morning and now I’m working until 11 so yeah that’s my life for now. I’ll try to get on again later.
